📸 Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or if anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Cancellation Policy – BountyBox
At BountyBox, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to deliver only the best, there are rare instances where errors may happen. Please read our return and cancellation policy below:
🔁 Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only if:

You have received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
To be eligible for a return:

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the invoice included.

You must share photos or video proof of the wrong product received.
Once we verify the issue, we will either:

Send you the correct product (free of charge) in return of the wrong product delivered, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.
❌ No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as:

Dislike of taste or texture (for food items)

Minor packaging damage due to shipping
