Preparation Method

  1. Take 1 cup of dosa mix in a bowl.

  2. Add 1 to 1¼ cups of water gradually and mix to a smooth batter (Add some thick curd for a sour taste if needed)

  3. Rest for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Pour a ladle on a hot tawa and spread evenly.

  5. Drizzle a little oil and cook on medium flame until golden and crisp.
