Preparation:

Take 1 cup Millet Dosa Mix.

Add 1 to 1¼ cups water and mix well to form a smooth batter (Add a little thick curd if you want a light sour taste).

Rest for 5–10 minutes.

Heat a dosa tawa and lightly grease.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread.

Cook on medium flame until golden.

Flip if required and serve hot.
